    Get IT!

    This is so beautiful. There sturdy. A wonderful gift so cute! Worth the buy. I don’t know how to get it out to wash it but other than that it’s super cute.

    Arrived Broken – but cool product

    I love the idea – but this car came broken. The decanter inside the car was shattered. Need to find a better shipping package so this doesn’t happen

    Really disappointing for the price, arrived broken

    From the time I picked up the box I could hear the sound of loose glass jingling. As soon as I opened it, shards of glass started falling out. The two whiskey glasses were completely shattered. The decanter itself is made from nice looking wood but subpar craftsmanship. One of the wheels is missing a spoke. Since it’s such a cool concept I’m going to refinish it and keep it as a conversation piece, but honestly for $100 I expected so much better. Really only worth maybe half of that. And I’m not surprised the glasses arrived broken, the way they are packed into the box is really counterintuitive.

    You’re chances are is that it’s broken

    It was broken… it was sad because it was really nice but it would be better if they put fragile so that people can be careful.

    Surprised by the size and quality!

    I liked this item very much, so did the person I was getting it for. The size was bigger than what I assumed. I thought it would be a tiny car, but it was a very nice size. He loved it very much. He couldn’t stop looking at it. Great Gift!

    Conversation piece

    I got this as a gift for someone, decided to make it a gift to myself. I love it. To get the decanter in you must take off the cap and place in at an angle. Fit in just great.

    Beautiful Decanter. Was not disappointed

    The wheels actually roll!! Which is cool but can be tricky. Other than that, it’s a beautiful decanter and is very well made. Was bigger than expected too. Makes a really nice table piece. The spout worked and everything.

    So disappointed with the quality of what I received

    Our beautiful old fashioned car whiskey decanter finally arrived and we were so excited. We bought this as a 28 year wedding anniversary gift for our dear friends. We decided to open up the gift and make sure that it arrived in good condition and to our shock the wheel on the car arrived broken and the decanter spigot seal was loose and looked like it was going to leak when filled. So now we don’t have a gift to give our friends at their anniversary party and after contacting the seller we were just notified that the replacement unit would arrive until August. Say what August?? That’s really a bummer that we have to wait 2 months for a replacement unit. I sure hope that the seller can expedite this as it really is making things very difficult for us. Help please! Otherwise the car looks beautiful and a great gift to give anyone you really cate about. The price is also fantastic too! Not disappointed that we chose it and it’s not the seller’s fault as this can happen to anyone, but the delay in receiving a replacement unit is very disheartening indeed. Hopefully the seller can come through and get this to us much sooner then in August! I still highly recommend this gift!

    Leaks

    The open and shut valve leaks you have to put it under a bind to get it to seal to the point it feels like it might break. Lost a whole bottle of whiskey over night and the house smells like whiskey. I understand cutting cost to keep it affordable but the one spot that needs a quality part can’t cost that much more.

    Beautiful

    I can’t comment on anything since it will be used as a decoration only. I want to use it but I would be mad if the decanter leaks or break since it is laying down. It was easy to put together and came nicely packaged. I would recommend using the decanter separately for a couple to days or a week to make sure it don’t leak before putting it inside the car.

    Slight leak

    My father in law was so happy with this gift!! Unfortunately after we got it all set up and filled, we noticed that the spout on the back was leaking. It looked as the seal was torn or ripped. We just replaced the seal and it’s perfect now!

    Faulty decanter

    We bought this for a retirement gift and I really want to love it. Beautifully made and larger than I thought it would be BUT we have tried everything to get the decanter to fit! It is not working. I am so afraid of breaking it and making this thing useless I think we will return it. That is the only issue I could find. We tried steps from other reviews but it shouldn’t be that hard. I feel that the person we gift it to will have the same issue and not be able to enjoy this gift.

    As exactly as pictured.

    Easy to put together and well packaged with no broken parts. To get the alcohol to flow from the spigot, make sure you pull the glass cork of first and then open the valve… flow is perfect and will not leak once you put the glass cork back in.

    Wow, just wow. I bought this for my college professor from automotive for his birthday. After graduation I kept in touch with him so this beauty was the perfect gift.     Love this product!!!!

    I gave this item 5 stars because I bought the same item in gave one of them as gifts unfortunately, this last item I just order was damage through transit in missing glasses in was gave to me with a partial open box .. it was damage through deliver not because of the sender’s packaging) … The Sender is returning my refund in I will sure order it again … I will definitely recommend this item It Is very unique in size as well as appearance very noticeable display on my bar unit!!! Thumbs up all the Way!!!

    Incorrect assembly. Poor customer service.

    I am very disappointed in not only the product, but the lack of customer service. There was an error in assembly and I believe that the wood piece with the spigot hole was glued in upside down, because if it was just slightly higher the decanter would actually fit. I messaged the seller with my concerns regarding either a refund or a replacement car and have still not received a response after 8 days. Upsetting because I can no longer give this as a gift.

    Defective glass bottle.

    Very good quality, good looking. Bought two units, first was very good, second one was defective.Glass bottle didn’t fit inside the wooden car. Amazon charged me for the return, ended up making some cuts to the wooden car instead of loosing money returning it.

    Broken whiskey glass decanter.

    Opened my old fashioned car whiskey Decanter set, today and the glass decanter was broken. I was very disappointed. It would have been a very beautiful Xmas gift for my husband. I am requesting a refund or a new one. Please send an address so that I can return it as soon as possible. Would love to have it replaced. Janet Johnson

    Don’t Buy

    The decanter doesn’t fit, and they do not stand by their product. I would buy from someone else. Other styles have removable tops or sides to get it in. This one does not.

    Beautiful Product with unsurpassed customer service

    I received this beautiful Whiskey Decanter as a gift. Unfortunately the nozzle broke off the glass decanter. I contacted customer service to see how to obtain a new decanter as the rest of the truck was brand new. Mark S responded promptly asking for information to identify the specific decanter I had, and asking for a picture of the truck. I provided the information and he asked what was a good address for me. This correspondence took place on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Mark responded to me within hours of my responses INCLUDING ON CHRISTMAS DAY. I received the new decanter a few days later and now have it on display. Thank you Mark.

    damaged

    this was a valentine gift for my boyfriend and the topper was chipped in two places and the side of the truck was also chipped – see pictures attached. I would like it replaced, but do NOT want another damaged item. I can be reached at 708-813-0281
