Nice, but cleaning is a pain, thin glass
It’s beautiful on the table, does a good aeration job, but cleaning is a pain, the beads are close to worthless. It’s a nice gift, but not user friendly. Also glass is very delicate, chips easily.

Not a functional design
The way it is designed, it pours from the wrong side. You cannot pour the wine out without some unusual gyrations. And since I had bought it way ahead of time for the gifting event, I could not return it when my friend gave it back to me.

REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS DECANTER OVERALL – BUT.. hard to pour without dripping
Was really skeptical but pulled the plug thinking even if it was ‘just ok’ for $49 it would be fine.Packaging was very nice with a nicely designed box (as shown), and the decanter was wrapped inside a nice drawstring nylon decorative/protective bag. Very nicely cushioned. & would make for a very nice gift presentation.Decanter itself is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. I have it on our built-in cabinet at the end of our dining room and it’s a real showpiece especially with the cabinet lights turned on.Well balanced and easier to pour that it’s long elegant handle might suggest. Haven’t used the cleaning beads yet but looks like enough included to do a good job.ONLY downside – the thickness of the glass ends up making it almost impossible to pour into a wine glass without some dripping as you pull back from the pour. Not a big problem but you should always pour with a towel under the neck to catch the dripping.You can see the difference in the thickness of this decanter’s glass compared to the very thin glass that got on Wish.com. The other decanter looks great also but REALLY fragile and thin compared to this one!Definitely highly recommend this and will likely buy another as a spare. Thanks!

Would give a 5… BUT it drips!
I like the following: Style, size, weight and how it dresses up the table.This would be a FLAWLESS gift for yourself or to others BUT at the end of your pour you ALWAYS get one or two drips that RUIN the experience. I have the swan and gave the scorpion as a gift and it does the same thing. After speaking to the person I got if for a gift they confirmed the issue with the carafe so I had to wight a review.Be careful when pouring your vino, I have got a few spots on my tablecloth due to this beautiful piece.

This thing was wrapped like it was the most precious thing on earth!
Hot damn! I live in Hawaii and everything I order made from glass is almost always broken by the time I receive it. Not this! It came in the usual cardboard box, in another box wrapped in heavy duty paper and bubble wrap (beautiful red metallic bubble wrap btw), and in the most indestructible interior bubble wrap I have ever seen. I cannot explain how impressed I am with the care they took in shipping this to me.Haha the only complaint I have is they sent some cleaning beads as well, so as I was in packaging it I was expecting it to be shattered because I could hear the beads bouncing in their tiny container!The decanter itself is gorgeous and I am super happy with this product.

Beautiful but does drip after pour
So beautiful sitting on my bar cart, I have cleaned it but never used it for wine. When cleaning it is true about the pour everyone says in the reviews, it drips after a pour. This aside I saw a price drop and went for it for the holidays. I do not have a decanter with this wide of a surface area so this is great and I can see this used for things other than wine. 4/5 due to the drip after a pour

Made from fine clear Crystal. Good value money. The novel design does not detract from its functionality, its easy to pour wine , Only slight negative is that after pouring< a common fault with this type , a small amount of wine runs down from the spout and would stain a table cloth. Gorgeous decantor!
I was a little apprehensive of this decantor as many look cool but not functional. But this!1) came beautifully packed (pic)2) came with the cleaning beads that many said they never got. I got it…..now I need to figure out how to use it.3) the decantor is simply beautiful. I was worried it would be too fragile. But it’s much sturdier than I thought.Overall great purchase

Avoid – The Worst Decanter Ever Purchased
First off, I knew there was a major problem when I opened the Amazon box. The decanter box looked nothing at all like what was in the listing photos (I posted a photo as well). Looks like a generic box they ordered themselves off Amazon.As I opened up the bag, I realized this was just overpriced, poor quality glass. You can see the giant bubble in the photo I uploaded. Not the heavy “crystal” you’d expect in a high quality decanter. No sticker like in the other photos. Feels super cheap, and I own many decanters.I have to say…$90 for this? I Immediately returned it to Amazon

First of all it came FILTHY with dust. But that’s not a problem right? Because it comes with the cleaners as advertised? WRONG no cleaner beads. Came in cheap styrofoam. And it’s too close to Christmas to risk sending it back and not have a gift

Great for display and use. From my viewpoint, it’s a incredible value for <$50. You may get slightly better value from Riedel or similar, but you'll pay 4x. I gave one to my wife, who loves it, and also to a friend who has a brand new, gorgeous wine cellar.
